Thank you for signing up for our supporters bus to travel to Hayes & Yeading on Saturday 6th Of April.

 

We want to provide some information ahead of the trip. Please note if you are under the age of 16 you must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

 

Bus Departure Time Confirmed:

It is your own responsibility to ensure you are on the bus at the time it departs. The bus will leave promptly at the advertised times below with or without you:

 

Departure From The Avenue Stadium 11:00

Pick Up At St Leonards: 11:30

Arrival At Hayes & Yeading (Estimated) 13:30

Departure From Hayes & Yeading 17:30

Possible 15 Minute Comfort Break

Drop Off St Leonards

Arrival At Dorchester Town Football Club 20:00

 

Damory and Excelsior are a long standing partners with Dorchester Town Community Football Club and has provided luxury coach travel for our first team for over 5 years with rates significantly below other competitors. Please do not be the supporter that taints this relationship. A reminder to all supporters that under The Sport Events Act 1985 it is illegal to consume alcohol on a supporters coach. 

We want to ensure that all supporters enjoy this trip and this bus has been fully funded by the supporters travelling on it - therefore any profits that has been made by the trip will subsidise our next supporters coach. However should the travel provider find the need to fine the trip because of the coach being damaged or leaving the coach in an inappropriate state both arriving at Hayes and Dorchester then this will veto any other supporters coaches and appropriate action against supporters will be taken.
